DAY - 1 GUWAHATI - SHILLONG

Welcome on arrival in Guwahati & transfer to Shillong. The ‘Gleneagle of the East’ lies in the centre of aplateau surrounded by Khasi hills. Enroute visit Borapani Lake. Umiam Lake or Barapani - is the biggest artificial lake in Meghalaya. It offers an incredible experience of sailing, water skiing, water scooter and other water sports activities in midst of sylvan hills adorned by Khasi pines and peerless beauty.Enjoy water activities in Barapani lake (activities at additional expenses). In Shillong spend time at the largest Golf courses in Asia, an 18 hole Golf Course charted amidst a surging valley full of thick pine groves, rhododendron trees. Later free for shopping. Overnight in Shillong.

DAY - 2 DAY EXCURSION TO MAWLYNONG

Full day trip to the picture perfect Mawlynong village, the cleanest village in Asia. With over 80 households, the village gives the ambiance of walking in a well maintained park ! Later take a half day city tour of Shillong. The gorgeous city offers amazing tourist spots. The city’s own Ward’s Lake is popular for short garden walks & boating. The Botanical Garden offers plethora of indigenous and exotic plants and rare collection of orchids. Butterfly Museum is a storehouse of finest and rarest species of butterflies and moths. Lady Hydari Park is a Japanese style landscaped park endowed with streaches of roses and exquisite flowers. The Mini zoo adjacent to the park has about 73 birds, 140 reptiles & mammals.

DAY - 3 SHILLONG – CHERRAPUNJEE - GUWAHATI

After early breakfast proceed to Cherrapunjee. Enjoy a pleasant drive to see water falls & gorges. Cherrapunjee - The wettest place on Earth offers roaring water falls, limestone caves, living root bridge, galore of water adventure activities. Witness the gorgeous Seven Sisters falls, visit the Mawsmai cave Thangkharang Park. Return to Shillong. Enroute visit at Shillong Peak. Transfer to Guwahati. Overnight in Guwahati.

DAY - 4 DEPARTURE

In time transfer to Guwahati Airport / Railway Station for onward journey.

  • necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike or band, security reason etc.
  • Kindly inform us if the guests are senior citizens or have health related issues (like arthritis, heart problems etc.) or any such matter which might need special arrangements. Some itineraries will
  • not be suitable for them and we will suggest accordingly.
  • The vehicle used will be exclusive for that group but will not be at disposal. The security concerns, driver’s working hours etc. will be kept in mind while planning the tour and sightseeing.
  • We try to ensure that the sightseeing points do not fall on a closing day. Incase due to inevitable
  • situation if the sightseeing falls on a closing day, it will have to be left out. Conducting that particular tour or sightseeing point the next day will be subject to time availability.
