Ruins of Kingdom Tour

Day 01: Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station – Gangtok (Approx – 4 hrs)
Assistance on arrival at Bagdogra Airport and transfer to Gangtok “The Capital of Sikkim”. Check-in to your hotel on arrival. Over night in Gangtok.

Day 02: Gangtok – Sightseeing (Approx – 52 kms)
Post breakfast embark on an excursion trip to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft.) & Baba Harbhajan Singh Memorial (13200 ft). Overnight in Gangtok HOtels

Day 03: Gangtok – Sightseeing – Pelling (Approx – 135 Kms 5 hrs)
After breakfast embark on a half day local sightseeing tour of Gangtok covering Rumtek Monastery, Dro-Dul Chorten, Institute of Tibetology, Handicraft Centre, and Flower Show. Return to hotel. Post lunch take the transfer to Pelling (6800 ft.). On the way visit Ravangla with a short Tea break. Check-in to your hotel on arrival. Rest of the day free or at own. Overnight in Pelling.

Day 04: Pelling – Sightseeing
After breakfast embark on a sightseeing tour of Pelling covering – Darap Valley, Rimbi Water Falls, Rock Garden, Kanchenjunga Falls, Khachoedpalri Lake. Return to hotel. Post lunch continue sightseeing tour covering – Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdantse Ruins, Helipad Ground. Evening free or at own. Overnight in Pelling.

Day 05: Pelling – Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station (Approx -5 hrs)
Post breakfast take the departure transfer to Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station for your onward journey.

• Air Fare / Train Fare, Permit fees, Entry fess, Camera fees, Portarage, Insurance, Tips & Gratuity, Any personal expenses, Mineral/soft/hard drinks, Extra usage of vehicle, Guide, and anything which is not include in the inclusion.
• Supplement cost for Sumo / Max against Maruti Omni for 3 pax is Rs.1200/- (As Per Itineray).
• Supplement cost for Qualis / Tavera Rs.5800, Innova Rs.7900 against Maruti Omni for 3 pax. (On Disposal Basis As Per Itinerary)
• Supplement cost for extra Sumo / Max is Rs.11500 (As Per Itinerary).
• Supplement Cost for Qualis / Tavera Rs.4000, Innova Rs.6000 (Against Tata Sumo)
• *Please Note: As per non written local Gangtok syndicate rule:
• Qualis / Tavera, Innova are not allowed for local Gangtok sightseeing.
• Gangtok local sightseeing is done by Maruti Omni (4 pax in a vehicle).
• Tsomgo Lake & Baba Harbhajan Singh Memorial is only done by Tata Sumo / Max

ESSENTIALS

Basic personal items to be carried include, feather jacket, heavy woolens during winter, walking boots, rain proof jacket during monsoon, torch, spare batteries, water flask, cream, medicines & Sunglass.

Advice guest to bring heavy woolens if traveling to Lachung/North Sikkim as this area is cold thru out the year.

CANCELLATON POLICY:

Cancellation has to be sent to us by Fax /email.
Beside forfeiture of a minimum charge of Rs 1000 per person following are the cancellation charges
15 Days prior to departure 25% of tour cost
07 Days prior to departure 50% of tour cost
03 Days prior to departure 75% of tour cost
02 Days/No show 100% of tour cost

Booking Procedure:

1) Booking Request: All booking request for the above packages has to be sent to us only in writing by Email or Fax to our  Office at the following IDs:

PAYMENTS :

1) Initial Deposit: Any confirmation is subject to a  advance deposit of INR 1000 Per Person and has to be paid immediately after we process the booking.
2) Balance Payment: has to be made in advance and must be paid & settled at the time of reconfirmation (10 days prior to the date of arrival).
3) Payment Modes: Payment can be remitted through any of the following modes and is subject to realization:

a. Demand Draft: In favor of “Dream Leisure Destination’s (India) Pvt. Ltd.” payable at Ghaziabad

b. At Par Cheque: Issues in the name of ” Dream Leisure Destination’s (India) Pvt. Ltd.”

c. Cash / Cheque Deposit in the following ICICI Bank Ghaziabad Account in your city. A/c No.628605012086 A/c Name: ” Dream Leisure Destination’s (India) Pvt. Ltd. “ Bank: ICICI Bank. In case of Cash Deposit also add Rs. 150/- as bank charges.
