• The offer is valid only on the bookings made on latest version of MakeMyTrip Mobile Apps (Android & iPhone).Please upgrade to the latest version of the app to avail the offer..
• Only 1 booking per email Id used to make the booking will qualify for cashback during the offer period.
• The offer is not valid on Pay at Hotel bookings.
• The offer is not valid on select hotels.
• The cashback from the promotion period will be credited to the customers MakeMyTrip Wallet on 22nd December 2014. In the event customer does not receive the cashback amount in the wallet, customer must write to hotelservice@makemytrip.com within 15 days from last date of credit.
• The cashback amount in the wallet can be used by the customers in their next flight or hotel bookings through MakeMyTrip mobile app or at www.makemytrip.com.
• The cashback amount in the wallet will expire on 31st March 2015, and the validity shall not be extended.
• The cashback will be calculated on each booking Id and not on the number of transactions.
• Customer cannot encash the cashback amount.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of MakeMyTrip.
• MakeMyTrip reserves the right to amend, modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice or incurring any liability.
• If customer cancels any booking the cashback amount shall be forfeited nd cancellation charges shall apply.

• MMT shall not be liable for any claims arising due to Force Majeure events or situations beyond MMTs reasonable control.

• In no event the aggregate liability of MakeMyTrip shall exceed the cashback amount the customer is entitled to receive under this offer.
• In the event of any dispute courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction
