Please note that my daughter, Dr. Saleha Ozair, had travelled from Jeddah to Bangalore on 27th Feb., 2011 via Flight #s G90144/G90497. When she landed, she found her Baggage Tag # G9759357 was tampered, the combination lock on Delsey attaché case was at 000, the additional lock was missing and the chain of the attaché case was partially open. She immediately complained to Bangalore Airport Air Arabia staff. They lodged the complaint and took the photographs of the damaged attaché case and gave her a copy of the complaint form. In their presence, she opened the attaché case and found that her golden chain, year rings and finger ring were missing from the attaché case. It was reported to the staff and they had promised to revert to my daughter in a day or two. But when she did not receive their call, she called them repeatedly. Yesterday they told her that they will not pay any compensation. It is very unfair treatment. I had purchased the Delsey attaché case about 2-3 weeks back only and the Golden chain as her gift from Jeddah only during her one month vacation. I have all these original invoices. But the finger ring and ear rings were used ones. So, I urge you to kindly investigate this matter on Top Priority Basis and compensate my daughter immediately; else I am going to write about my grievances in all leading newspapers of Middle East countries so that other countrymen may not be cheated like this by your dishonest staffs. If you want I can produce you all original invoices about which I have written above. I will keenly await your reply on my e-mail ID or my daughter’s ID who is right now at Mysore (Karnataka-India) on ozairsaleha@yahoo.com.
