«Armavia»  official web-site makes it possible for you to buy tickets for all direct destinations operated by Armavia Air company.  The purchase procedure is quite simple and will take not more than 10 minutes in average.

In order to book the ticket online, you must take following steps by filling out relevant information. You must have passport details of the passenger/passengers and of payer, bank/credit card, as well as   uninterrupted Internet connection.

Flight/rate search

Ticket purchase will redirect you on to Chronopay payment site (www.chronopay.com).

In ChronoPay system payments security is provided by the SSL Protocol to transmit confidential information from client to ChronoPay system server for further processing. Further information transmission is done via private bank networks of highest protection levels. Recieved client’s confidential data (card details, credentials etc.) are collected and processed in the processing centre and not on Armavia website. Thus, Armavia cannot get personal and credit card data of a client including information about his/her purchases in other on-line shops.

The system gives an ID to your transaction (digital code)  on the ”Ticket payment” page, so to allow you to check your ticket details by indicating the number of your order. Here, you must fill in the payment information (client’s details). Mandatory fields are marked with *.

*The credit cardholder may not essentially be the passenger himself, but in case of necessity the airline has the authority to make an inquiry on receiving the scanned copies of the owner’s credit card   (first 6 and last 4 digits) and passport.   The air company is eligible to deny the transportation of the passenger in case the passenger does not comply with the condition mentioned above.

Ticket confirmation
If the payment is successfully completed and the ticket  booked, you will  be redirected to the last page of confirmation, where you will see the booking code/locator and e-ticket number.

Once the ticket is issued the system automatically will send the itinerary receipt to your e-mail. We suggest that you print the receipt and take it with you.
