Booking Process

• Log on to www.goibibo.com.
• Key in details as required in the flight search field.
• Finalize the Airline, fill in promotion code Shared By ICICI Bank and then click on Calculate Discount button (Only for validation purpose, price will remain same here) and proceed for payment by clicking “Credit / Debit Card & ICICI Net Banking Payment Gateway Option” to avail the offer.
• Make payment by using your ICICI Bank Credit / Debit Card & Net Banking Customers to proceed.
• After matching your card no and promotion code Goibibo will calculate the discount applicable to the customer (according to the price of Base Fare of the flight selected) & deduct the same from your total fare amount (subject to maximum of Rs. 250/- off per transaction). (Eg. if your selected air ticket base fare is Rs 2500/- then Goibibo will deduct Rs. 250/- and you will have to pay Rs 2250/- as a base fare out of your total ticket price).
• Goibibo will display your eligibility before making the payment.
• Ibibo Web Pvt Ltd will validate the transactions based on Promotion Code (shared by bank) and ICICI Bank Card Number (Bin Series) before giving benefit.

1. This discount offer is available only for Debit & Credit Cardholders & NetBanking customers of ICICI Bank, India subject to entry of Promotion Code – “GOICICI” and payment through ICICI Bank Debit & Credit Cards or ICICI NetBanking.
2. This offer is brought to you solely by Goibibo. ICICI Bank is only communicating this offer on behalf of the merchant
3. The offer is valid on Online Domestic Flight Bookings (Pan India) only
4. Customer needs to enter Promotion Code & pay through their ICICI Bank Debit or Credit Card & ICICI Net Banking option while booking flight & paying online on www.goibibo.com, to be eligible for the offer (Discount).
5. The offer is valid on bookings from 21st Oct 2010 – 30th April 2011.
6. In case, the customer fails to enter the Promotion Code and pay through ICICI Bank Debit or Credit Card or Net Banking, he/she will not be eligible for the discount benefit.
7. If the Cardholder cancels the ticket booking, Ibibo Web Pvt Ltd will refund the purchase price after deducting the discount amount and any other applicable cancellation charges / penalty. (E.g. If a cardholder has paid Rs.4750/- (Price after discount) against original ticket price of Rs 5000/-. And then, if the cardholder cancels the booking, Ibibo Web Pvt Ltd will deduct the cancellation charge/penalty from Rs.4750/- and the balance amount will be credited to the cardholder’s account.
8. The flight tickets are subject to the availability.
9. Customer cannot club two offers during the same transaction. The discount benefit cannot be combined with any other promotional benefit offered for bookings on www.goibibo.com.
10. Date change, name changes are allowed. However the customer has to bear the additional charges as required.
11. Privacy policy for the Goibibo website, prior to providing such information.
12. ICICI Bank Cardholders, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from buying tickets for their customers using their own ICICI Bank Debit & Credit Card. Ibibo Web Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel such tickets if such a case comes to the notice of Ibibo Web Pvt Ltd.
13. ICICI Bank and Ibibo Web Pvt Ltd reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
14. All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Delhi only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
15. Ibibo Web Pvt. Ltd and /or ICICI Bank is neither responsible for nor guarantees the quality or delivery of the airlines or any other service provider and shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Customers under the Program.
16. This offer is valid for Indian residents and citizens.
17. Any participation by the Cardholder shall be voluntary and all the offers made by Goibibo are promotional and on a best effort basis.
18. Cardholders must inform about their intent to avail the offer/s upfront before billing/invoice generation at Goibibo stores/ outlets.
19. Cardholder/s availing the offer/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions mentioned herewith as well as those stipulated by Goibibo in this regard.
20. ICICI Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, to a customer, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of products/services under the offer.
21. Offers cannot be redeemed for cash or kind and can be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or packages or discounts running on goibibo.com so long as the other offer or promotion is not meant for targeted customers of another bank/ entity, unless otherwise indicated.
22. The prices of the products and / or services are exclusive of taxes and the tax liability, duties, levies by whatever name called in connection with the offer shall be borne by the cardholder.
23. In case of any disputes, Cardholders are required to present the relevant online payment receipts and booking confirmation evidence for further investigation by the Bank. In all such cases, the decision of the Bank & Merchant shall be final.

25. The above offer will be applicable on the use of ICICI Bank Credit/ Debit Cards & Netbanking, on ICICI Bank payment gateway, whether provided by ICICI Bank, or any other service providers appointed by ICICI . Ibibo can use other gateway for the above said promotion if the ICICI gateway is down or if the gateway is having functional issues on mutual consent. Also Ibibo to ensure that the site www.goibibo.com is not down or shut down during the promotion period as defined above.
26. Cardholders can also make transactions at Goibibo without participating in this program or availing the offers.
