Term & Conditions:-

1. This offer is valid for Indian citizens only.
2. This offer is valid for domestic air tickets booked on Air India, GoAir, IndiGo, Jet Airways, Kingfisher Airlines and SpiceJet through Ezeego One Travel & Tours Ltd. between 29th March and 01st April 2011.
3. Offer is valid for bookings made using your Master / Visa Credit and Debit Cards only.
4. The cash back will be calculated on the total fare (base fare + airline taxes) per passenger per ticket.
5. Bookings have to be made online on our website www.ezeego1.com or by calling our 24×7 Customer Service Team on 1800 209 0800 (Toll Free) or 098675 65900 (GSM)
6. The cash back will be refunded to your card account within 7 working days of completion of booking. .
7. Maximum 2 transactions permitted per card.
8. The travel date must be between 01st April and 05th April.
9. The offer is valid for Adult and Child bookings only. This offer is not valid for Infant bookings.
10. All tickets would be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard airline terms and conditions
11. Cancellation charges / date change penalties will be applicable as per the airline rules for all tickets purchased through this promotion.
12. Apart from the amendment / cancellation charges levied by the airlines, ezeego1 will charge a handling fee of Rs. 200/- per ticket per person for all amendments / cancellations. Refunds if any will be processed only after deducting the same. There will be no refund on partly utilized tickets.
13. Cash back amount will be reversed in case of any cancellation.
14. This promotion is funded from a special promotional budget created by Ezeego1.
15. Ezeego1 and reserves the right to add or withdraw any airline from the offer during the promotion period.
16. Ezeego1 shall not guarantee or be held responsible or liable for any product or service offered by the Airlines which is not within the control of Ezeego1.
17. All disputes related to the offer shall be the subject matter of the jurisdiction of the Mumbai High Court. The prevailing statutory laws of India shall be applicable to the offer.
